To help support this growth, we are seeking to hire an exceptional Sr. Sales Manager to join our team in North America, preferably located in the Western United States.
As a Sr. Sales Manager, the candidate will be reporting to the Sr. Director North America IP Solutions Sales and this is a Full Time position.

As a Sr. Sales Manager, the candidate will be reporting to the Sr. Director North America IP Solutions Sales and this is a Full Time position.
Responsibilities:
- Hunt, qualify, and close new business opportunities to achieve bookings and revenue target
- Develop and execute business growth plans at key strategic accounts
- Utilize knowledge of customers' security (and interface) requirements to help ensure Rambus' security business unit continues to launch differentiated, leading-edge products that exceed customers' expectations
- Work with Rambus IP Cores and security BU marketing to develop account strategies based on market analysis and customer segmentation
- Work closely with the Rambus Business Units to successfully introduce new products on critical launch calendars
- Build senior-level relationships internal and external to major accounts and targets
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively understand and qualify customer's technical requirements for embedded security and interfaces, and effectively position Rambus' products to address customers' needs
- Understands / has experience selling into the Networking and Semiconductor OEM market segments, such as switches, routers, gateways, cellular infrastructure, etc.
Other market segments of interest include Automotive and Data Center - Demonstrable experience as an FAE or other customer facing roles will be considered.
- Candidates with experience in embedded security and solution selling preferable.
- Excellent communication skills; strong project management skills, self-driven, working style, negotiating skills
- BSEE / MSEE (preferred) and/or strong domain experience
