The Senior Manager, Talent Development is responsible for designing and executing company-wide talent strategies that strengthen leadership capabilities, drive talent planning, and support long-term organizational success. This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to deliver high-impact initiatives including leadership development, talent planning and talent reviews, and succession management.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
  • Design and lead leadership development programs that build capabilities across all levels of the organization.
  • Drive talent planning and succession strategies, including talent reviews and development plans for key roles.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to align talent development efforts with strategic priorities and workforce needs.
  • Leverage data and insights to assess impact, identify trends, and continuously enhance talent initiatives.


Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in talent development, leadership development, or organizational development.
  • Proven success managing enterprise-wide programs that drive leadership growth and talent outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge of leadership frameworks, talent planning, and scalable development solutions.
  • Strong communication, and stakeholder engagement skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
