Job Summary
The Senior Manager of Talent & Development (T&D) - Technology, Enablement, and Governance at Goosehead Insurance plays a pivotal role in optimizing the Service organization's talent development capabilities. This leader will drive the strategic deployment of technology solutions, operational frameworks, learning effectiveness tools/dashboards and governance processes to ensure scalable and impactful T&D initiatives. By integrating modern technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Senior Manager will enhance the T&D function, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Technology Enablement
- Identify, integrate, and manage technology solutions (e.g., learning platforms, analytics tools, content delivery systems) to support T&D initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.
- Monitor emerging technologies, implementing pilot programs to evaluate their impact and scalability.
- Frameworks, Processes, and Tools
- Develop and implement scalable frameworks, processes, and tools to streamline the delivery of high-impact T&D programs.
- Innovate with modern training methodologies (e.g., gamification, AI tools) to boost learner engagement and retention.
- Create and maintain templates, guidelines, and best practices for operational excellence in program design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical solutions and workflows.
- Governance and Compliance
- Establish and enforce governance structures for T&D technology, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Define KPIs to measure technology utilization, program success, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits of tools, processes, and data integrity to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness.
- LMS Administration
- Oversee the administration and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance the user experience.
- Manage LMS configurations, user permissions, content uploads, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Provide strategic reporting and analytics from the LMS to guide decision-making and measure program impact.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Team Collaboration
- Act as a trusted advisor to T&D leadership, offering strategic guidance on technology enablement and operational improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with IT, HR, and Operations teams to align systems and processes, driving efficiency.
- Coach and support T&D team members in leveraging technology to enhance their programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
