Position Summary:
Responsible for guiding web content strategy, planning, and asset management for the global portfolio of brands. This role requires partnership with the Web Management team to translate marketing briefs into a developer-friendly web project plan inclusive of design, content needs, UI/UX, and SEO considerations. The right candidate must understand web design and how to create mobile-first web pages that are optimized to achieve various business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy, Development, & Management - drive the website content strategy and work x-functionally to design, plan, and deploy all web assets. Ensure content aligns with brand standards, business goals, and delivers a seamless user experience.
- Vision & Planning - establish clear direction and action plan for web projects working closely with stakeholders to optimize the website experience and drive desired outcomes. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the effectiveness of our website content.
- Web Design & UI/UX - partner with the web management team to synergize content and copy with the site experience to create a frictionless consumer journey. Must be comfortable briefing in website design to IT and developers.
- SEO & Copywriting - write website copy that meets the business objective and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) standards. Ensure websites are optimized to improve discoverability and drive traffic to our key pages. Assist x-functional stakeholders in developing bespoke website messaging.
- Measurement & Reporting - Collaborate with Consumer Insights & Analytics to monitor website performance, track key metrics, and provide insights for continuous content optimization and improved user-engagement.
Job Specifications:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Digital Marketing, Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in Website Content Management, Design, UI/UX More than 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong experience in creative design tools, content management systems (CMS), and project management tools. Knowledge of HTML, Java, Python, and front/back-end dev is a plus.
- This role requires a strong understanding of web content best practices, including copywriting, SEO, and visual placement within site wireframes.
