Position Summary:
Strategists at M3 Group are key drivers of innovation and strategic thinking, responsible for managing multiple projects and accounts while ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives. Their role involves not only maintaining a comprehensive understanding of M3 Group's diverse offerings but also bringing big ideas to the table-recommending and executing forward-thinking strategies that propel client success.
Work Arrangement: This position is able to work hybrid arrangement. Expectation to work onsite on Tuesdays and one other day each week at the Lansing or Troy office.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm ET

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $84,027 - $126,040

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a pod team to provide strategic guidance and support tailored to each client's needs.
- Develop comprehensive strategic deliverables such as integrated marketing communication plans, brand launch strategies, competitive analyses, and other solutions to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of M3 Group's full range of business offerings.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance client value and satisfaction.
- Craft compelling proposals to grow existing accounts and introduce new services, helping clients expand their capabilities.
- Anticipate client needs by proactively suggesting additional services and support.
- Track project time accurately and maintain clear, professional communication with team members.
- Bring innovative, executable ideas to clients, positioning M3 Group as a seamless extension of their team.
- Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnership and success.
- Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to overall team success.
- Leverage deep market insights and a thorough understanding of client objectives to influence and craft tailored marketing strategies that align with client goals.
- Collaborate with the internal pod team to provide innovative, data-driven solutions that address client challenges, ensuring seamless execution across all initiatives.
- Actively participate in client meetings, providing valuable input and strategic direction to enhance the overall client experience and ensure objectives are met.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- B.A. in advertising, marketing, communications or business-related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of three plus years of communications experience.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- May be required to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time.
