Align Technology is seeking an experienced Sr. Marketing Manager, Consumer to be a key member of the Consumer Marketing team. The ultimate objective of this role is to make the Invisalign brand the most consumer requested brand within the dental industry.
Who you are: You have a proven track record in brand management as well as performance marketing. You're an experienced marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit, who is passionate about selling in new ideas and to lead the team through to execution. A strong team player and passionate about making an impact, you are a balanced thinker (analytics vs. creative) and a great communicator. You're also a hands-on, roll-up your sleeves leader with a strong vision, leading a team of internal and external agency partners including creative, media, CRM, Martech, Web and PR to execute compelling marketing campaigns that break through.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee agencies in developing integrated multi-channel strategies to drive on-going media optimizations
- Lead inter-agency teams to develop and implement high impact campaigns that emotionally connect with consumers
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to launch digital initiatives, product launches, and campaigns
- Contribute to the Annual Operating Plan by defining strategic initiatives, and lead agencies through to implementation
- Develop and maintain relationships with North American counterparts, championing Canadian led initiatives and getting the proper resources to support budget management
- Take on other special projects or duties as required or assigned
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience required
- 8+ years of marketing experience with a background in brand management and performance marketing. Ideally from the medical device, auto sector, telecommunication, or pharma sector, agency experience is an asset
- Have a strong working knowledge of CRM systems to be able to analyze consumer touchpoints throughout the consumer life cycle
- Work with Martech team to develop a seamless consumer journey to maximize commercial opportunities
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation demonstrating a clear familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software
- Strategic & critical thinker, ability to connect the dots across multiple sources of information
- Experienced working collaboratively in a highly complex environment of cross-functional partners in a matrix environment & influence
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work with ambiguity
- Able to pivot quickly and manage multiple priorities at any given moment in time
- Ability to execute with excellence
- Solid written, verbal and presentation English communication skills, with French/English bilingualism an asset
- Strong collaborator, interpersonal skills, and creative problem solver
- Proficiency with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and travel on occasion primarily to the US or within Canada (less than 10% of the time)
