Qualifications
Required
- Master's degree.
- Five (5) years of experience in administration and supervision and/or teaching, some of which shall have been in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience.
- Postgraduate educational license with endorsement(s) designated as appropriate to the assignment.
- Knowledge of philosophy, goals, procedures, organization, and the professional specialties related to systematically furthering the use of technology to improve student learning.
- Knowledge of public education organization and administrative requirements in the integration of technology in learning.
- Knowledge of theory and strategies to support adult learning in an educational environment.
- Knowledge of related laws, regulations, and policies.
- Proficiency in the use of technology and data compilation, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to manage and coordinate programs, supervise, and evaluate personnel.
- Ability to effectively lead teams in multiple projects.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and/or present information to groups.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Endorsement in administration and supervision PreK-12.
