Hino Motors Manufacturing is an OEM that assembles trucks in West Virginia, automotive components in Arkansas, and operates a parts distribution center in California.
We are currently seeking a Sr. Mobile Device Management Specialist for our Corporate Office located in Novi, MI reporting directly to Infrastructure Assistant manager. This individual will be responsible for company's enterprise mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities':
- Mobile device management using AirWatch, Intune and SOTI
- On-premises and Cloud VoIP system.
- License purchase / renewal of related equipment and services.
- Contacting 3rd party vendor support.
- End user support on mobile devices.
- Lifecycle management of cellphones, handheld scanners, tablets, desk phones, and Wi-Fi AP, including but not limited to:
- Procurement / setup
- Asset Management
- Upgrading / troubleshooting / RMA / replacement / contacting support.
- Retiring / Recycling of devices.
- Auditing of configuration.
- Mobile device management using AirWatch, Intune and SOTI, including profile/device profile configuration and auditing the settings.
- Life cycle management of VoIP system.
- Procurement of desk phones
- Upgrading / troubleshooting / implementations.
- Retire / recycle of devices.
- License purchase / renewal of related equipment and services.
- Support end users by answering helpdesk tickets, emails, and walk-ups.
- Create technical documentation and manuals.
- Traveling to other sites to perform evaluations of systems.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- BS in computer science or similar degree
- Minimum of 3 years of mobile device management.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of one or all the following MDM solutions. AirWatch SOTI Intune.
- Knowledge of iOS and Android platforms.
- Excellent written and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Work within an allocated budget.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and task-oriented skills.
- Able to advise on and recommend new technologies and configuration improvements.
- Must be able to work with end users across all locations.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
