Description:
Documentation and Reporting Detailed Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including topologies, configurations, and procedures for future reference. Providing PDF and Original versions of all documents in a timely manner to hit project deadlines and KTLO SLA's that are assigned. Reporting: Regularly provide status reports on network health, security posture, and ongoing projects to management and other stakeholders. Collaboration and Leadership Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, business units, and vendors to align network architecture with broader company goals. Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior network engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices to develop the team's expertise. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate complex network strategies and issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams. Network Design and Architecture Develop Network Solutions: Design scalable, secure, and high-performing network architectures, including LANs, WANs, VPNs, and cloud-based networks. Technology Evaluation: Assess new networking technologies, tools, and platforms to improve the current infrastructure. Capacity Planning: Plan and forecast network capacity to meet the company's needs as it grows.
