Requirements, skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certificates
• 5+ years, in the design, planning and implementation of LAN, WLAN, Security, Voice, Video campus networks (in a cruise ship environment is a plus).
• In-depth knowledge of routing and switching protocols as well as advanced internetworking theory and design principles is required.
• Must have hands-on experience with Cisco Digital Network Architecture Center (DNAC) for network management, automation, and orchestration tasks
• Demonstrated ability to stay on top of the ever-evolving landscape of network technologies and best practices.
• Scripting know-how, experience in network automation is highly desired
• Knowledge of networks (architecture, routing, switching, firewall), system documentation.
• Knowledge and experience with spine-leaf architecture, fabric networks, VXLAN.
• Very good communication behavior as well as high service and customer orientation
• Experience working with multiple cultures / internationally is highly desired
