To build this key capability, Cornelis Networks is hiring talented OEM Program Managers with strong technical backgrounds, a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex products, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Program Manager Responsibilities

As an OEM Program Manager at Cornelis Networks, you will coordinate cross-functional teams including program management, marketing, sales, hardware and software engineering, test, operations, support and finance to successfully drive adoption, qualification, launch and sustaining engineering of HPC networking products by key OEM partners. You will be responsible for working directly with OEM Partners for requirements tracking/approval, development coordination, pre-release product delivery, qualification support, launch coordination, initial end user install coordination and sustaining engineering. Additionally, you will be expected to effectively balance coordination of internal resources and deliveries with meeting OEM partner and customer expectations to ensure Cornelis' delivery, financial and customer satisfaction goals are met as well as to effectively prioritize and manage expectations of senior management and customers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills as well as strong organization, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline with 6+ years of work experience, a Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline with 4+ years of work experience, or a PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline with 2+ years of work experience.
  • 6+ years of experience supporting cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, test, operations, support and finance to successfully coordinate all aspects of adoption, qualification, launch, support and sustaining engineering of HPC, complex networking, or related products.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management methodology and best practices including PMBOK and use of Microsoft Office productivity suite.
  • 4+ years of experience effectively balancing coordination of internal resources and deliveries with meeting OEM partner and customer expectations to ensure delivery, financial and customer satisfaction goals are met, and effectively providing status to and managing expectations of senior management and customers.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in High Performance Computing, Data Analytics, and/or Artificial Intelligence
  • Prior hardware and/or software development experience
  • Prior program management experience directly with OEMs or ODMs
  • Ability to work independently and proactively


Preferred Location

  • Cornelis Networks prefers key staff to be located at its Wayne, PA headquarters, New England (e.g., Boston area), Austin TX, California bay area (e.g., San Jose, Santa Clara), but fully supports remote employees who are able to travel to customer locations and our offices (when safe) periodically for in-person collaboration.
