AMDEX is looking for a Sr. Operational Change Manager in support of Cyber Security operational processes.

• Support IOD in effectively communicating and coordinating changes, requiring extensive collaboration with the Senior Project Manager and participation in government project meetings.
• Support the creation and operation of an effective change management process to ensure that changes are known, issues traceable to changes are quickly understood, and that disruptions to mission-critical functions are planned and orchestrated for minimum impact.
• Present change-related information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and drive continuous improvement in change management practices.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 5+ years demonstrated experience in operational change management, particularly in understanding and assessing changes, understanding their production impacts, and supporting communications to affected stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders, facilitate change management activities, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.

This position is contingent on contract award.
