JOb:VDOT Sr Oracle Database Developer TWO ROLES
Location : 1401 E Broad St Richmond VA 23219
*Local Richmond candidates or candidates willing to relocate to Richmond due to onsite work requirement
*Web Cam and ONSITE interviews
*Candidates must be willing and able to work onsite 2 days/week for the first couple of weeks, and 1-2 days/week thereafter.
**Assignment to be extended beyond 6/30, possibly 24 months
**Contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking through VDOT's Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking
*Experienced PL/SQL developer with skills in Oracle coding
*Must also have ability to do data analysis, develop requirements and data models.
*Must have background in application backend support, Oracle PL/SQL and MS SQL server development.
*Must have background in building interfaces between business applications.
*Experience working in Agile/Scrum process is highly desired.
*Ability to communicate with business users and developers an absolute must.
*Clear communication skills - written and oral is REQUIRED.
Experience working with Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Server Database Developement.
