Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across search (SEM), social media, and programmatic advertising to drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring they meet key business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Oversee and manage cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with creative, analytics, and content teams to align on campaign goals and strategies.
Manage relationships with external vendors, platforms, and media partners to ensure effective execution and performance of campaigns.
Leverage data analytics to continuously refine strategies, monitor campaign performance, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital media, ensuring that campaigns are forward-thinking and cutting-edge.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members, helping to develop their skills and foster a high-performance team environment.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align digital media strategies with broader marketing goals and business objectives.
Monitor and manage budgets for digital media campaigns, ensuring cost-efficiency and optimization of ad spend.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in digital media strategy, with a strong background in search, social, and programmatic advertising.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital campaigns in agency or startup environments.
Strong knowledge of digital media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic buying platforms, and DSPs.
Experience with campaign analytics, optimization, and A/B testing to drive data-backed decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
Experience with emerging platforms and technologies in the digital media landscape.
