Faculty Practice Plane Services (FPPS) has outstanding opportunities for a full-time (100% FTE, 40 hours/week), Sr. Payroll Specialist.
The Sr. Payroll Analyst is responsible for preparing and maintaining payroll records; compiling payroll and benefit data from source documents; inputting into system, verifying, investigating, and reconciling system output. Reporting information out to departments and supporting providers with payroll inquiries.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in preparing and maintaining physician monthly payroll, reappointments, merit, and incentive payments for UWP and CUMG physician members
Research issues with CTMs and NAMs submitted for processing
Process license reimbursements for UWP and CUMG physician members
Assist in responding to requests for information from providers, department administrators, department chairs, payroll departments (UW, FHCC, and HMC), and Dean's Office.
Create and prepare payroll reports including tax reporting as needed using payroll software and Excel for reconciliation, census data, TDA and Pension contribution remittance reports, and other ad hoc reports as needed.
Create, reconcile, and distribute Expense Detail reporting.
Assist payroll manager in continuous quality improvement of processes, procedures, and communications.
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required. Equivalent combination of experience and at least two years post-secondary education may be considered.
Experience:
5 years of progressive, complex, and comprehensive payroll and payroll tax with extensive working knowledge of ADP Enterprise V5 (V6 preferred) and ADP Reporting.
