This position is based at our corporate headquarters in Chicago's West Fulton Market District with a hybrid work schedule.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Senior Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance-driven marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and key outcomes to drive revenue growth for the business. Your expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and optimization techniques will be instrumental in maximizing our marketing campaigns' effectiveness and achieving our business objectives. You will be leading an in-house digital media team, with an opportunity to manage specialist agency partners supporting media execution for TV, OOH, Radio, as well as creative development. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth trajectory.

Compensation for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The annual salary for this role is $135,000 to $155,000. In addition to base salary, we offer generous bonus and incentive opportunities that significantly increase earning potential.

Your primary duties and responsibilities will be:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with our business goals and target audiences. Support growth of key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver on clear objectives for each marketing campaign.
- Digital Advertising: Manage and optimize all aspects of digital advertising channels, including paid search (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, and remarketing. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
- Traditional Advertising: Support Integrated team on management of traditional advertising channels, including TV, Radio, Print and partnerships, pulling in measurement and insights, where applicable and supporting measurement and lift in awareness metrics. Digital will be the focus, but we have a growing opportunity in traditional advertising channels for this candidate.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Continuously analyze website traffic from paid and unpaid sources, as well as web user behavior, to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates. Develop and implement A/B testing plans and landing page optimization strategies to enhance user experience and drive higher conversion rates.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools and marketing automation platforms to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics. Provide regular reports to management, highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to different campaigns and channels based on performance analysis and strategic priorities. Monitor expenses and ensure marketing activities stay within budget while maximizing performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, sales, and creative, to align marketing initiatives with overall company objectives. Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing. Continuously explore and evaluate new marketing opportunities and emerging platforms to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
We believe the successful candidate will need:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (6-8 years) in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related field, with experience managing an in-house media team.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and remarketing.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms.
- Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and experience implementing A/B testing.
- Analytical mindset with excellent data analysis skills. Ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embrace change.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing platforms are a plus.
