The Sr. Platform Enablement Manager oversees the deployment, adoption, and optimization of technology platforms within the organization. This role collaborates with various departments to ensure that platforms are leveraged to their full potential, driving efficiency, productivity, and innovation. The manager will provide strategic guidance, training, and support to ensure that users are effectively utilizing the platforms. The Platform Enablement Manager Sr will be expected to provide leadership and be a mentor for the rest of the platform enablement team as well as be tasked complex projects to oversee and guide to completion.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Develops and implements strategies for platform utilization that align with business goals. Identifies opportunities for platform enhancements and new features. Conducts market research to stay updated on the latest platform trends and technologies.
• Leads the deployment and integration of new platforms and technologies. Coordinates with IT and other departments to ensure seamless implementation. Manages vendor relationships and oversees the procurement of platform solutions.
• Works closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. Communicates platform benefits and updates to the organization. Fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation through platform usage.
• Designs and provides training programs for users to maximize platform adoption. Provides ongoing support and troubleshooting for platform-related issues. Creates and maintains comprehensive user documentation and guides.
• Monitors platform performance and usage metrics to identify areas for improvement. Implements changes and updates to optimize platform functionality and user experience. Conducts regular reviews and audits to ensure platform compliance and security.
• Manages more complex platforms that that have major bank dependencies.
• Makes high-impact decisions regarding platform architecture, balancing scalability, security, and cost effectiveness.
• Manages relationships with third-party vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.

Educational Requirements

• University (Degree) Preferred

• 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

Commercial Banking experience is strongly preferred.

Hybrid work is a minimum of four days a week, one flexible day for remote work.
