Essential Job Functions:
Process Improvement (40%)
- Analyze and evaluate current warehouse processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement new processes that improve workflow, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
- Conduct time and motion studies to develop data-driven solutions for process optimization.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, or other industry best practices.
- Collaborate with warehouse managers and team leaders to prioritize process improvements based on operational goals.
- Monitor and measure the success of implemented changes to ensure they deliver the desired outcomes.
Operational Efficiency (30%)
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of warehouse operations.
- Work with the Operations Manager to ensure that warehouse resources, including labor and equipment, are being used effectively.
- Ensure that all process changes comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Provide training to warehouse staff on new processes and systems to ensure smooth implementation and high engagement.
- Coordinate with other departments (such as inventory control, shipping, and customer service) to ensure seamless integration of process changes.
Quality Assurance (20%)
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that warehouse processes meet required quality standards.
- Implement root cause analysis for quality issues and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Review and ensure that process documentation is accurate and up to date, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify and implement improvements to reduce errors, defects, and return rates in the warehouse operations.
Data Analysis & Reporting (10%)
- Collect, analyze, and report data on warehouse performance, process effectiveness, and project results.
- Use data insights to make informed recommendations to senior leadership for future improvements.
- Develop and present regular reports on process improvement initiatives, project status, and outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in process engineering, ideally in a warehouse or retail setting.
- Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Strong project management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and warehouse management systems.
