Join T-Mobile's Product, Experience Design & Innovation team as a Sr Product Designer, where you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our digital consumer commerce experiences. You'll partner closely with product, business, and engineering leaders to define and deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions. You will be responsible for core design deliverables including wireframes and final deliverables. You are a team collaborator, taking direction from principal designers, peers, design manager and leadership team, creating beautiful design deliverables that meet business and customer needs. Job Responsibilities:
  • Produces journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, design guidelines and design system style guides with oversight from principal product designers and design managers.
  • Contributes to the creation and evolution of design principles, guidelines and interaction patterns.
  • Works across functional teams, i.e. Research, Content, Accessibility, Product and Engineering to understand business and product requirements, technical possibilities and constraints.
  • Ability to work hand-and-hand with program and product managers to plan, create and execute with success while handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborates with Research, Content and peers to maintain consistency across the digital ecosystem and solves cross-application design challenges.
  • Provides feedback and direction in peer reviews to ensure intuitive and innovative solutions and drive consistency following established design principles, guidelines and patterns.


Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in human-centered design, computer science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in user experience and digital strategy
  • 2-4 years' experience working with Figma, with strength in working with internal design systems and prototyping
  • Excellent collaborator and storyteller
  • Demonstrates a high-level of executive accountability, initiative, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize resource workload to efficiently deliver results
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
  • Exceptional portfolio of work encompassing complex commerce flows, and demonstrating an understanding of a shopping experience for prospect and current customers
  • While not required, bonus if you have experience with AI-enabled features and interaction

Base Pay Range: $97,300 - $175,500

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
