Your Role:

Treasure Data is seeking a Product Manager with deep enterprise MarTech integration product experience to join our Product Management team. The Integrations, Connectors, and Ecosystem Product Manager will work across the organization to develop, enhance, nurture, and grow the Treasure Data integration capabilities and partnership ecosystem. Using your knowledge of SaaS platforms, ad networks, and integration strategy, you will develop integrations and new products that our customers will use to integrate with their enterprise stack for data management and to engage billions of people. Join us to ensure our large global enterprise customers can unlock the value and leverage their consumer engagement data in novel, innovative ways.

Successful candidates will have enterprise SaaS product management experience, technical and strategic fluency with integration developer technologies and APIs, experience with ad networks and other components in the modern enterprise MarTech stack, go-to-market and platform product adoption and growth experience, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Additionally, you will be adept at interacting and collaborating with technical, business, and executive levels at global enterprise brands and with ecosystem partners.

This position will be located in the Mountain View, CA area.
Responsibilities:
  • Research, prioritize, plan, and coordinate the development and maintenance of Treasure Data productized integrations, including batch data connectors, streaming connectors/triggers, mobile SDKs (iOS, Android), Javascript SDK, and client libraries.
  • Set the vision and priorities for the product integrations area, including partner and developer ecosystem development strategy and the marketplace of integrations and integrators.
  • Ensure connector development aligns with Treasure Data's value creation areas and integration with ad delivery platforms, engagement platforms, and consent management tools to create the superb end-to-end user experience
  • Collaborate across the Product, Engineering, and Partnership organizations to develop PRDs for new integrations and to support the testing, maintenance, and evolution of existing integrations and SDKs.
  • Collaborate with the Treasure Data partnerships team to manage integration and integrator partner relationships, including driving the technical aspects of the integrations and partnerships.
  • Be the primary integrations subject matter expert supporting Treasure Data customer teams, marketing teams, and customer support teams.
  • Produce and update integration product documentation for marketers and related developer documentation.
Required Qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience with enterprise martech SaaS product management or product development specifically in collaboration with partners to build integrations, connectors, marketplaces, or SDKs.
  • Experience with integration with paid media, ad delivery, and customer engagement platforms, including commercial and ROI models.
  • Direct experience with API development lifecycle and strategies.
  • Experience working with a diverse team across multiple time zones.
  • Proven success collaborating with other software vendors to develop and maintain technical partnerships.
  • Ability to prioritize development based on business value and customer needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex technical issues.
  • Analytical thinker who excels in solving complex problems and enhancing customer value and ROI.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of Global 2000 marketing departments and the role personalization technologies play in helping them achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Experience with compliance and consent management products.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead long-term initiatives.
  • Visionary thinking and ability to develop strategic roadmaps.

Working out of the Mountain View, California office according to our "Global Hybrid Working Policy."

Travel Requirements:
