The vision of Amazon Consumer Electronics (CE) Marketing is to establish Amazon as a premier shopping destination where customers seamlessly discover, research, and purchase the products they want. CE seeks an innovative senior marketing leader to serve as the Sr. Product Marketing Manager to drive growth and customer engagement across our electronics portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the customer shopping experience for electronics products, with a focus on emerging technologies and flagship device launches. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase consumer electronics on Amazon.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with strong strategic thinking capabilities, exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, and demonstrated success in launching consumer technology products. You will work closely with product teams, vendors, engineering, analytics, and other retail marketing teams to create compelling customer experiences that drive business growth. This role requires someone who can balance technical understanding with marketing expertise, using data-driven insights to optimize customer engagement and conversion.

Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for major product launches, seasonal campaigns, and shopping events (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday)
Lead cross-functional teams to create and optimize the end-to-end customer experience for electronics shopping
Build and maintain relationships with key technology vendors to align marketing initiatives and maximize impact
Analyze customer behavior data and market trends to inform marketing strategies and improve product discovery
Create and optimize content strategies that effectively communicate product features and benefits
Define and track key performance indicators, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes
Present strategies, results, and recommendations to senior leadership
Drive innovation in how we showcase and market new technologies to customers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

- Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent

- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

- Experience in consumer electronics or technology industry

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
