About the team and the role:
As a crucial member of eBay's Customer Service & Marketing Technologies (CSMT) group, the Product Manager for Assisted Services Product on Regulatory plays a pivotal role in constructing the technological product framework indispensable for delivering seamless customer support.
This position focuses on leading the regulatory track of work. More specifically, understanding and planning how regulations impact the tools our teammates(Agents) use to help keep our customers and ebay safe. They will be responsible for the end to end lifecycle of Product Development.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$124,000 - $208,300
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

- Gain expertise in customer and regulatory domains, effectively demonstrating product features through scripts and stage presentations.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects to optimize end-to-end product design efficacy.
- Collaborate with business partners to construct objectives, key results, and strategic roadmaps that drive tangible outcomes.
- Articulate and implement strategies and roadmaps with compelling storytelling techniques.
- Develop exceptional user experiences and operational workflows that facilitate regulatory compliance with minimal friction for teammates.
- Cultivate strong relationships and efficient communication channels across teams to enhance collaboration and drive alignment.
- Create strategic alignment with other product and cross-functional teams around vision, resourcing and priorities to execute effectively
- Establish a clear strategy and vision for the area of focus within regulatory space by leveraging internal and external capabilities
What you will bring:
- 7 + yrs of experience in a Product Manager role.
- Product experience on regulatory space
- A proven track record in building relationships across business and development teams.
- Experience in defining UI concepts, from wireframing to low fidelity mockups.
- Prior experience delivering Customer Service Technology solutions.
- Ability to leverage technology solutions to achieve non-linear business outcomes at scale.
