Position Summary
The position of Senior Project Manager encompasses the leadership and direction of project teams in the development and implementation of new physical security architecture and infrastructure systems or the augmentation of current ones. This role includes the assembly and management of project staff, the utilization cost analysis and scheduling tools to establish project parameters such as scope, budget boundaries, and timeframes, and overall monitoring and management of key project elements. The Senior Project Manager also serves as the primary liaison to business clients, playing a pivotal role in the project's lifecycle from inception to execution.

Qualifications
Minimum:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience managing managing complex physical security (security cameras, card access control, ground radar, gun shot detection, drone detection, LRAD etc.) implementation projects, including scope, cost, and schedule
- Experience with physical security service agreements and materials logistics
- Experience working in a PMO environment as Project Lead or Project Manager for medium to complex projects
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with strong organizational skills to drive and influence projects across teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated financial acumen
- Advanced understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Workforce planning and resource management skills
- Ability to function and manage in a matrixed environment
- Understanding of technology and physical security unique project requirements
- Ability to work across various teams through agreements with stakeholders
- Skilled in using systems and applications to manage projects, including project portfolio management (PPMC), financial systems (SAP), and collaboration tools
Job Responsibilities
Successfully manage multiple moderately complex projects. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead multiple projects typically between $100,000 - $5,000,000, driving all tasks to completion
- Gather, define and document project scope, schedule, and cost to meet business goals
- Form project teams, providing direction and leadership to ensure effective delivery
- Record, track, and communicate issues, risks, changes, and status reports within the company
