Asa Sr. Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role inmanaging and coordinating programs within the Building Automation (BA) businessunit. Your expertise in program management and your ability to drive successfulproject execution will contribute to the overall success of the organization.
You will report directly to our Program Manager and you'll work out of ourIndependence, Ohio location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact byensuring the successful delivery of programs, driving operational excellence,and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and coordinate programs withinthe Building Automation business unit
Define program scope, objectives, anddeliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Develop and implement program plans,including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Monitor program progress and ensureadherence to timelines and budgets
Identify and mitigate risks andissues that may impact program delivery
Coordinate and communicate withstakeholders to provide program updates and address concerns
Drive continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance program management processes and practices

Proven track record of successfullydelivering complex programs on time and within budget
