CANDIDATE PROFILE DETAILS:

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Project Manager (PM) is accountable to the Executive Sponsor and has end-to-end responsibility for execution across all Business and Technology aspects of the program/project. The PM is accountable for the development of the delivery strategy (delivery operating model and governance), delivery of product roadmap (or the scope as defined by Business Owner), release planning and delivery orchestration which includes active management of issues, risks, integrated plan, resource plan, financials and reporting. As well as overall accountability for completion of project delivery artifacts in accordance with project governance requirements.
Key PM accountabilities are:
1)overall accountability for the Project delivery with Quality, Timeliness and Cost
2)Accountable to ensure all Governance artifacts are completed as planned
3)Accountable for Risk identification and Mitigation and proper escalation to Escalation to the Executive Steering Committee for Decisions and Approvals per guidelines
4)Provides with team input regular Status Reports - covering progress, Project Health, Risks and Issues, Schedule, and Financials
5)Accountable for executive stakeholder communications and support
SKILLS:
Proven leadership skills and experience managing large and complex IT project
Strong communications skills
Experience with proven project methodology tools.
Project, Excel, Visio and Powerpoint as a minimum, Good to have SharePoint, JIRA and Clarity
8-10 years of experience
MUST HAVE:
1.) Project Management in FI projects
2.) Regulatory issue management experience
3.) Complex Medium to large projects exp ( 15 M $ considered medium - 25M$ and up is considered large )
4.) Risk management ( identifying and mitigating risk within the project )
5.) Fraud or Data quality or Banking technology infrastructure project experience
