Description:
The Sr. Project Manager, Digital Experiences will be responsible for managing multiple strategic projects and initiatives within SEI's Digital Experience team and will serve as the bridge from the enterprise to digital experience execution for complex marketing activities and campaigns. The Sr. Project Manager works closely with program sponsors, project managers and functional owners to deliver products and initiatives on time and on budget.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to identify, prioritize and resource strategic initiatives to support the digital experience team.
- Lead or contribute to the development of program or project scope statements with applicable stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate marketing initiatives, establish and maintain timelines, drive activities, identify risks/dependencies and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with program sponsors, project managers and product teams to meet or exceed scope, date, and cost commitments for programs.
- Identify key milestones. Track owners and drive deliverables to meet milestones.
- Manage communication with product teams and management; includes development and tracking of project plans, status reports and other program related updates/communications.
- Anticipate and proactively manage program risks.
- Manage and resolve dependencies between projects and programs.
- Work adjacent to Agile product framework to coordinate, adjust and account for development time related to projects.
- Capacity planner for web production team to ensure content is released in accordance with the overall project timelines.
- Responsible for project planning interfaces related to Digital Experience team initiatives.

- Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects. Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes.
- Must be a self-starter, with strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal direction.
- Desire to tackle challenging and diverse tasks.
- Exhibits sound judgment in making decisions.
- Strong written, verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Good presentation skills a plus.
Work Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on program and project management.
- Previous experience working with teams in multiple locations.
- Previous experience with digital properties and IT development a plus.
- Experience working in agile culture a plus.
Education:
- From an accredited institution. Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent experience in IT).
Other:
- Must be able to travel occasionally should a business need arise. For most roles travel would not be common. Travel may involve plane, car or metro. In accordance with ADA policies, reasonable accommodations regarding travel limitations can be provided. Travel will be more common for roles such as Account Executives (25 - 50%), senior leaders (10 - 20%) or Capella Core Faculty (5 - 10%).
- Ability to work onsite in Corporate or Campus location (in a typical office environment) may be required based on role. If so, this would include being mobile within the office, including movement from floor-to-floor using elevators or stairs.
- If offsite or hybrid role, must have access to work in setting which enables meeting all requirements of the role (including privacy, reliable internet access, phone, ability to video conference, etc.) at a remote location.
