Qualifications (educational, experience and basic knowledge requirements):
5+ years of experience managing large cross-functional initiatives
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS), or related field
Outstanding leadership, organizational, and communication skills with problem-solving ability
Experience driving mid to large-scale, multi-discipline projects & programs
Outstanding written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse personality types & ability to clearly communicate ideas to stakeholders at all levels
Operate effectively in a high demand, rapidly shifting / fluid environment
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power Point, and SharePoint
Experience in SDLC / Methodologies, including Agile and hybrid methods, experience working with JIRA is a plus
Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM/HRSM upgrade (or similar product) in a large organization is highly preferred
Vendor Management experience is a plus

Responsibilities:
As an IT Project Manager will manage all phases of the project from concept to release to post go-live business normalization for the ServiceNow New York release upgrade project
o Work with the upgrade team to define and create the upgrade plan, timeline, key milestones, deliverables, and success criteria (go-live readiness criteria, and post go-live business normalization)
o coordinate the day-to-day activities required to deliver a high-quality upgrade project that's on time and with minimal impact and disruption to in-flight projects
o identify and mitigate risks throughout the schedule
o identify user and stakeholder impacts (including in-flight projects), define and execute Business Change Strategy and Change Plan to ensure change adoption and post go-live business normalization
o analyze trends and data, create reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to senior leadership
o host regular project meetings, presentations, and deliver crisp status updates to all stakeholders
o propose process improvements as needed
