Description:
Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful completion of commercial construction projects, including tilt-up construction. You will be required to effectively manage and coordinate the entire job cycle, from pre-construction phase to final handover, while adhering to quality, safety, and budgetary requirements.

- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion from start to finish.
- Develop schedules, budgets, and action plans to effectively manage the pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
- Manage and lead the project team, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular job site visits to ensure quality control, safety standards, and budget adherence.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Produce regular progress reports to keep stakeholders informed and updated.
- Manage all documentation, including project plans, budgets, and contracts.
- Use Procore software for project management tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a related position.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of construction and building codes and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Procore or similar software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
