Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in industrial hygiene and environmental projects? Do you excel in managing teams, budgets, and client relationships? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, you will take charge of leading and overseeing a variety of projects related to asbestos, lead, mold, and other industrial hygiene areas. About the Role:
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in industrial hygiene and environmental projects? Do you excel in managing teams, budgets, and client relationships? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, you will take charge of leading and overseeing a variety of projects related to asbestos, lead, mold, and other industrial hygiene areas. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the success of projects from inception to completion, and your contributions will have a direct impact on the safety and well-being of communities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of industrial hygiene projects, including coordinating with clients, managing project teams, and overseeing project timelines and deliverables
- Generate comprehensive proposals and budgets, presenting them to clients for approval
- Conduct on-site surveys, inspections, and assessments, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations
- Monitor project budgets, field personnel activity, and project quality, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcome
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new service opportunities within existing accounts and potential new customers
- Contribute to the preparation and delivery of presentations aimed at attracting new clients and projects
- Attend association meetings and relevant events to enhance client engagement and business development
- Provide leadership and guidance to project coordinators and team members, ensuring adherence to project procedures
- Support the professional growth of team members through training and development opportunities
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that promotes excellence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Health and Safety, Biological or Physical Science, or equivalent
- A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of managing large and complex industrial hygiene projects
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills for effective client interactions and team collaboration
- Experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning software with Project Management and Customer Relationship Management features
- Flexibility to travel to various project locations as required
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass an annual physical medical exam and respirator fit test
- Current certifications relevant to the type of work being conducted

- Ability to sit, stand, walk, push, pull, drag, grab objects, and lift up to 50 lbs.
