Description
- Managing the support of tasking involving system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management to military weapon systems, associated support systems, or management informational systems
- Managing multiple subcontractors
- Serving as primary customer contact for specific efforts to assure responsiveness to customer needs and effective professional conduct
- Mentoring and coaching assigned personnel to enhance performance and encourage professional development, hiring, firing, disciplining, and documenting performance
- Monitoring project to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained
- Providing functional and technical guidance to engineering staff and management
- Providing senior level guidance on advanced specialized projects or in resolution of technical problems that would critically impact performance, schedule, or cost
- Meeting contractual obligations for customer deliverables

Requirements
- Master's degree and ten years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree and 14 years of experience which include (experience may be concurrent):
- Minimum of five years of experience supporting DoD programs/projects or activities directly related to Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems. These systems may include some, or all of the following:
- Data Collection Scheduling Tool (DCAST)
- Integrated Range Status System (IRSS)
- ATNAVICS AN/TPN-31
- Tactical Air Navigation (TACAN) AN/TRN-47(V)
- TACAN AN/URN-32
- AN/SPN-46 Automatic Carrier Landing Systems (ACLS)
- Joint Precision Approach and Landing System (JPALS)
- AN/SPN-35 Precision Approach Radar
- AN/SPN-41/41A/41B Instrument Carrier Landing System (ICLS)
- AN/SPN-43C Air Surveillance Radar
- AN/SPN-50(V)1 Air Surveillance Radar
- AN/TPX-42 CATCC/AATC Direct Altitude and Identity Readout (DAIR)
- AN/SYY-1(V) ATC System
- STARS
- Air Defense System Integrator (ADSI)
- Air 02 Digital Audio Data Recorder (DADR) System
- ILS GRN-33
- ICLS FRN-49
- MQ-25 Unmanned Carrier Aviation Mission Control System (UMCS)
- Precision Global Positioning System (GPS) Systems and similar ATC systems
- At least four years of DoD Project Management Experience
- Minimum security clearance is an active, DoD-issued Secret
Desired Skills
- PMP certification
- Degree in engineering, mathematics, or computer sciences related field
- At least two years of experience directly supporting Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF)
- At least one year of experience operating within NAWCAD WOLF's organic Lead Systems Integrator (oLSI) model
Clearance Information
SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
Travel Requirements
- No more than 14 business days per calendar year
- Travel may be within the Continental United States or overseas
