Sr. Project Manager

Dynamic Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business near Auburn. As the Senior Project Manager you will be part of the dynamic A/E Design team within this Design-Bid-Build operations. This team is primarily involved in the design of various project types within the Veterans Affairs Medical Center systems throughout the Western United States. The position collaborates with all other design discipline staff and will help build the team's architectural design department.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Architecture, or Construction Management
• 10+ years of experience with hospitals, data centers, DoD, NAVFAC.
• Experience with AEP project delivery.
• Budget ownership
• Scheduling

Preferred Qualifications:

• PE or RA registration
• PMP Certification (must have)

Compensation to 200K plus benefits
