Public Partnerships LLC (PPL) provides helps people with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or other long-term health conditions stay at home and "self-direct" their care. Known as consumer direction in New York, this long-term care model empowers people to take control of who provides their services and where. PPL was selected to be the Statewide Fiscal Intermediary for the New York Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) starting in 2025. We will, along with a diverse alliance of service partners across the state, support the delivery of culturally sensitive and disability competent care to CDPAP participants. We are looking for people who share our passion for helping New Yorkers live happy, healthy, and independent lives to support CDPAP consumers and their personal assistants across a broad spectrum of services and functions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Perform full-cycle recruitment for all firm-wide recruitment efforts.
  • Develop advertisements and posting materials to attract appropriate candidates.
  • Creation templates and process tracking, including workforce planning, to support talent strategy.
  • Creatively and proactively sources and pre-screens appropriate candidates for hiring manager.
  • Maximizes platform tools, included by not limited to HRIS, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Applicant Tracking System author and owner.
  • Provides regular updates to hiring managers regarding recruitment activities and outcomes.
  • Checks References and makes offers of employment.
  • Participates in department area labor plan development and needs assessment.
  • Performs internal and labor marketplace analysis.
  • Consults and counsels hiring managers regarding recruitment processes.
  • Participates in local recruiting events and recruitment meetings with employment team.
  • Communicates new hire details to HR team and insure a smooth on-boarding process.
  • Produces recruitment activity reports and continuously reviews and refines best practices.
  • Ensures EEO/AA compliance.
  • Leads and directs the work of others as needed in the hiring process.


Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to create recruitment strategies for a wide range of positions.
  • Ability to creatively and proactively source candidates in the areas of healthcare finance, consulting, administrative operations and IT.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with HR team and hiring managers.
  • Outstanding follow-up skills and ability to work independently while remaining accountable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures.
  • Proven ability to work well in a fast pace, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Outstanding PC skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of applicant tracking applications.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in a proactive recruiter role, preferably in a fast-growing professional services firm with a national presence. Ease in navigating ATS platforms (e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn, Career Portals for educational institutions). Experience in Workday a plus.

Working Conditions:

Remote

Physical demands require to have on call availability with up to 10% travel required.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000
