Position Summary: The Senior Recruiter oversees the full recruitment lifecycle for key positions, collaborating with executives to develop and implement strategic hiring plans. They mentor junior recruiters, drive innovative sourcing techniques, and work closely with HR on workforce planning and talent pipeline development. By utilizing recruitment analytics and market insights, they continuously improve processes while enhancing the company's employer brand to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior and critical roles.
  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business goals.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters, sharing best practices.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
  • Lead workforce planning efforts and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Recruit for any role as needed across the organization to meet business demands.
  • Enhance employer branding to improve market presence and candidate attraction.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead executive and high-impact role recruitment.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with external agencies and industry groups.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with all relevant employment laws.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Provide data-driven insights and regular reports to leadership.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university with at least 3 years recruiting for senior or executive-level roles.; or 5-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role does not provide direct supervision to direct reports.

  • This role requires superior verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is also preferred)
