Contractor Sr Research Associate for DMPK Bioanalysis
General Summary:
Senior Research Associate with experience in bioanalysis for cell and gene therapies. As a member of the DMPK-Bioanalysis organization, this person will be responsible for method development/qualification of protein bioanalysis and preparation of high-quality reports. This position requires strong hands-on experience in carrying out ligand-binding assays and a basic understanding of pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity concepts.

As a member of the DMPK-Bioanalysis organization, this person will be responsible for method development/qualification of protein bioanalysis and preparation of high-quality reports. This position requires strong hands-on experience in carrying out ligand-binding assays and a basic understanding of pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity concepts.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and execute bioanalytical assay development for PK and Immunogenicity experiments, including provide support for sample analysis from preclinical studies.
- Interpret data analysis, interpretation and presentation to meet established project timelines
- Document assays using an electronic laboratory notebook with good laboratory practices and good documentation practices
- A degree in in biology or biotechnology (or closely related)
- Hands-on experience with ligand-binding assays (MSD a plus)
- Proficient in data analysis using GraphPad Prism and/or Excel
- Understanding of ELN documentation practices
Education:
- Master's Degree (M.S.) in biology or biotechnology and 3 years of relevant experience
