Rohadfox is on the lookout for two exceptional Senior Resident Engineers to join our innovative team, focusing on projects that redefine the infrastructure landscape. We are seeking candidates in two distinct domains:
1. Electrical and Systems with Heavy Construction Background: Your domain is the lifeblood of modern constructions, focusing on electrical and systems engineering within the context of heavy construction. Your hands have powered large projects, and your knowledge in integrating complex systems into vertical and extensive constructions is unparalleled.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in a civil discipline.
- Certification as a Registered Professional Engineer or Certified Construction Manager, supplemented by safety training (minimum OSHA 10 Hour).
- A solid foundation of at least 10 years' experience in construction contract administration and field inspection.
- Proficiency in project delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, and CMR contracts).
- Skilled in scheduling, spreadsheets, document, and database software.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating contractor efforts to ensure construction meets our high standards.
- Overseeing quality assurance, including monitoring design consultant inspections.
- Managing contract administration, schedule updates, and change order negotiations.
- Facilitating communication between multiple stakeholders, including local utilities and contractors.
