A Senior Revenue Operations Analyst role at OpenText is more than just a job, it's an opportunity to impact lives. As a key contributor, you'll be instrumental in constructing cutting-edge information management solutions that contribute to providing analysis and reporting to both the Customer Service management team and Senior Open Text management. You will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, autonomous, and possess a broad understanding of the renewals business. The primary focus will be on Partner analysis within the off cloud renewals sector.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Serve as the CS Operations point of contact for the partner business, delivering accurate reporting and analysis to Senior OT and CS Management.
Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with stakeholders to address business needs and ensure reports meet their requirements.
Create detailed reports for the Partner business, including worldwide, hierarchy, and product-specific data.
Conduct thorough reviews of data sets to understand the data and implement processes to improve future reporting.
Perform deep dives into data to ensure accuracy and provide analysis and recommendations as needed.
Maintain and review key performance indicators to drive improved results.
Collaborate with the support partner team to deliver accurate data through scorecards and dashboards.
Develop efficient and user-friendly reports.
Analyze existing reports and recommend improvements and automation to increase efficiency.
Report quarterly CS results from an operations perspective, including product analysis, cancellation analysis, billings analysis, and renewal rates.
Support regional management with reporting and analysis needs.
Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages created by the reporting team, including billings and revenue trend analysis.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, mathematics, or equivalent experience.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills for building long-term models and performing ad-hoc tasks effectively.
Expert-level knowledge and experience with MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
Experience with systems such as Assure, Salesforce, and BI systems is an asset.
Ability to manage large volumes of data, complete analysis, and provide recommendations based on the data.
Ability to translate data into meaningful results and recommend solutions for improvements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced and changing environment, with minimal supervision.
Self-starter with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
Comfortable leading projects and meetings across the organizational hierarchy.
Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Highly motivated, participative team player capable of working in a matrix environment.
Project management and/or business analysis experience is an asset.
Previous experience in a global software enterprise with a foundational understanding of business processes.
