Who We're Looking For

If you like to "own it" and not just be a cog in the process, you may be the Senior Sales Exec we're looking for to manage a Sales territory. If you're driven by goals and love to close deals, you'll be rewarded for making a difference in a growing company.

Through networking with business owners to cultivate new opportunities and building long-term professional relationships, the right high-energy candidate will have the support of a marketing department driving leads and an experienced client service team dedicated to creating happy customers.

What You'll Do
  • Use solid planning skills to meet established personal quotas and team sales targets;
  • Serve in an advisory capacity for business owners, educating on best practices;
  • Successful present the benefits of ConnectPay using "smart calling" on specific targets;
  • Build a productive "Referral Route" of lead flow by actively and regularly calling on COI;
  • Manage, forecast and document the entire Sales process through CRM;
  • Accurately handle account transfer to customer service;
  • Evaluate the needs of both clients and referral sources to build productive, long-lasting relationships;
  • Add to and enhance ConnectPay 's current lead channels with your energy and ideas;
  • Attend meetings, sales events and training to stay ahead of the latest trends and standards;
  • Attend company social outings to get to know your colleagues


Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Requirements
  • 5+ years of Sales experience; Payroll, Insurance or Bookkeeping, a huge plus
  • Proven sales experience with track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing pipeline activity in CRM
  • Desire to win and "contribute your all" to maximize your earnings
  • Possess a mindset of accuracy, urgency, and organization
  • Driven work ethic and ability to execute in an unstructured work environment
  • Quick learner, self-motivated and confident personality
  • Maintain a professional, tidy appearance and reliable automobile
  • Interest in the entrepreneurial opportunity to build a piece of a rapidly growing company
  • Undergraduate degree; Business or related degree a plus

Required education:
  • Bachelor's

Required experience:
  • Business Management: 1 year
  • Sales: 5 years
  • Payroll: 1 year

Required license or certification:
  • Driver's license
