Sr Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, development best practices, and integration methodologies. This role will involve designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs while ensuring high performance and scalability.

Job Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Design, implement and maintain all Salesforce modules including Field Service for scheduling and mobile app experience
  • Integrate Salesforce with our ERP and other platforms using APIs, middleware, and integration tools such as MuleSoft.
  • Develop custom objects, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and process builders.
  • Manage data migrations, data modeling, and data quality within Salesforce.
  • Implement Salesforce automation using Flow, Process Builder, and other tools to streamline business processes.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to development standards, and implement best practices in Salesforce development.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of technical designs, configurations, and customizations.
  • Provide support for Salesforce-related issues and implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
  • Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
    • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Field Service (big plus), Salesforce Administrator, or other relevant certifications.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
    • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
    • Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and API development (REST/SOAP).
    • Advanced skills in Salesforce automation (Flows, Process Builder).
    • Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Leadership and Communication:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and support.
    • Ability to lead and mentor others
