Sr. ServiceNow Developer

Job Description
Superlanet is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support our healthcare client in the Bay Area. This role involves technical ownership of the ServiceNow platform, providing leadership to other developers, and driving platform enhancements. This is a 3 month contract to hire position that requires onsite travel quarterly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of new ServiceNow modules and workflows.
• Manage tasks independently, develop project plans, and oversee external partner contributions.
• Apply agile methodologies, participate in code reviews, and support testing and deployment.
• Support and enhance modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Request Management.
• Develop and maintain Mobile Agent and custom integrations.
• Provide end-user support and technical guidance for process improvements.
• Mentor and coach junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• Strong system integration skills with web technologies (XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP).
• CMDB expertise.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Facilities Service Management, and Project Management is highly preferred.
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage tasks proactively.

Benefits

Pay Rate: $62.53/hr

Salary: $130k
