Primary Responsibilities:
- Development and some day-to-day operations of the IAM processes supported by the SailPoint products.
- Develop source code that supports the SailPoint Identity IQ integration with third party data sources
- Integrate new data sources, developing strategies for improving data quality, implementing correlation logic, and writing some custom code for new computed attributes
- Provide guidance in all aspects of the successful installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of SailPoint's Identity & Security IQ
- Provides application support, problem diagnosis, and resolution. Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects supporting several divisional initiatives
- Collaborates with staff and project management staff to define requirements and develop software solutions
- Develop application APIs
- Proactively identifies and recommends improvements in support of the strategic direction of the products.
- Advises senior technical leadership on solutions / strategy where applicable
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and desire to grow as an engineer and specifically to gain knowledge in the domain business unit IAM space.
- Working knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management)
- Familiarity with SailPoint or other vendor Enterprise IAM solutions
- Hands on experience with Tomcat, Gradle, Maven, and Eclipse
- Familiarity with NIST Framework and Information Security Risk Based Frameworks
- Familiarity working within a team-based Agile framework
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong programming skills.
- Strong hands-on development experience with code management tools such as Visual Studio Online and/or Git
- Required expertise in Object Oriented Programming and design patterns
- Demonstrated expertise with JAVA and/or C#, Microsoft SQL Server
- Intermediate to advanced expertise with Angular (nice to have)
