Required Skills:
8+ years relevant work experience
Experience with 4+ programming languages
Strong analytical ability
Focused attention to detail
Experience working in a team environment, preferably an agile/scrum team
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:
Understand how our applications operate, are structured, and how customers use them
Troubleshoot and solve code level problems quickly and efficiently
Design and implement specified solutions to complex software engineering tasks
Facilitate the decomposition of business requirements into Use Cases and Acceptance Criteria
Perform risk analysis on each work item completed by a SCRUM Team
Participate in Deployment activities
Work with little or no supervision
Mentor and supervise software and associate engineers
