Work with the stakeholders, product managers, and application analysts/architects to understand nature of an application. Understand Salesforce data objects, data migration functionality and data transformation initiatives. Review user stories and create test cases as part of an agile sprint cycle. Review test cases with an agile data team, troubleshoot defects and analyze test results. Execute test cases, log defects, and triage defects. Act as sub lead for specific functional areas of a project or multiple concurrent projects. Ensure test data meets to data security requirements. Work with other teams to ensure that all components are tested thoroughly and meet performance goals as defined in the requirements. Identify, validate and communicate any cross area or cross release issues that may affect other areas of the project. Review test results and maintain all the relevant test evidences during execution of the project. Prepare test log and test reports and ensure that they reflect the status accurately. Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
