The Sr Software Engineer is responsible for engineering and supporting software systems end-to-end, from excellent user experiences to full back-end services. Needs to be able to grasp both product and technical requirements and have the ability to translate them into working applications and functionality across our platform. Participates in all phases of the fulfillment cycle: from product definition and design through implementation, debugging, and testing. Works collaboratively with other team members using Agile methodologies overseeing all technical aspects of the process from inception to launch. Telecommuting permitted 100% from any location within mainland U.S.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field, plus five (5) years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in software development. Experience must include: JAVA, Spring MVC Technologies; Spring Boot framework, REST API integrations, SQL Database Design/Architect, Scrum/Agile Software Development Life Cycle. Will accept single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas, or professional credentials determined to be equivalent by a qualified evaluation service.
The annualized base salary for this role will range between $179,982 and $189,982. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
