What's this Role about?

The role of IAM Application Portfolio is very critical, profile in the IAM Tower will be a proven self-starter with the ability to problem solve, communicate, and participate in diverse project teams from a technical perspective, and interface effectively with customers and colleagues. Candidate will possess a good understanding of IAM in general, and Access Governance suites of products specifically. This person filling this position will be expected to successfully participate in SailPoint IdentityNow deployment projects in a billable capacity while helping to consistently improve the SailPoint or Saviynt portfolio by building automation assets.

Here's how you'll contribute:

• Main activities cover
• Define and drive the overall architectural vision of IAM
• Design and implement robust IAM solution ensuring the right people have right access
• Oversee the architecture, deployment, and management of IAM Solutions
• Architect and implement Identity governance & administration solution.
• Strong experience in JML operation.
• Architect and implement SSO solution enhancing seamless authentication and user experience. Managing MFA solution
• Continuously assess the implementation, processes, incidents and identify the opportunities for automation and thus bring continuous improvement in the process
• Report on access control and suggest improvements
• Support and configure Multi-Factor Authentication setups
• Integrate and Manage Azure AD configurations for authentications and SSO
• Ensure seamless SSO experience across applications
• Support Presales activities, involving responding to RFI, RFPs, presenting the solution to customer
• Assessing requirements and coming up with appropriate sizing and estimations
• Conducting solution demos
• Supporting Sales related activities such as Proof-of-Concept, proposal presentations, Due-Diligence, solution campaigns, participating in workshops, etc.
• Educate users on best practices for password creation and management

Must have

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management with hands-on on different IAM tools involving SailPoint IdentityNow & SailPoint IIQ, Saviynt, OKTA, Azure,
• BE/BTech/BCA/MCA qualification
• Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management principles
• Demonstrated experience in designing, deploying, and managing complex IAM projects
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve Saviynt related issues
• Experience working with multiple IAM-related technologies, such as Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, DBMS, and SaaS applications.
• Experience in Password Management or support role
• Experience with scripting to build automation assets using Saviynt technologies
• Deep understanding of multi factor Authentication and troubleshooting of MFA solution to enhance security
• Experience with implementing SSO, enabling seamless access to various application
• Deep knowledge of SSO and Federation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Should possess excellent oral, written, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, driving project, conflict management and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
• Experience in working with the customer directly which includes initial requirement gathering, day-to-day technical discussions, technical demos, and project delivery.
• Must be able to succeed with minimal resources and supervision.

Good to Have:

• Certification in IT Security area (In IAM domain) - MUST
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity best practices
