Description:
Position requires Master's or equivalent-level degree in in Business Administration or HR Management, or closely related field, plus 2 years of experience as a Sr. Solutions Architect-HR Systems, Enterprise Resource Planning Advisor or similar position, which includes 1 year of experience performing the duties of the position. F/T position is with Telcobuy.com LLC d/b/a TBX based in the St. Louis area. May work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
- Analyze Business Processes, capture macro-level business requirements and help guide the solution path on various enterprise HR, Time and Attendance, Employee Benefit, and Compensation platforms including Oracle ERP, ADP, UKG, SAP Commissions, ServiceNow HRSD Cornerstone performance management, and homegrown applications.
- Work closely with process architects and other solutions architects aligned to enterprise value streams to build longer-term HR systems and solution strategies.
- Establish short-term and long-term HR functional and technical solution roadmap to meet business demands with a specific focus on Incentive compensation planning and the Global Time and Leave system.
- Collaborate with the product management organization and delivery teams to drive the implementation according to the roadmap.
- Evaluate current solution and integration architecture to identify and address the gaps using technologies like web services, Oracle SoACS and Kafka data streaming.
- Create short-term and long-term software cost and technology spend outlook for all of HR systems and processes.
- Partner with the CIO and other IT senior leaders on a strategic vision to scale and enhance employee experience and optimize the overall HR systems landscape.
- Perform proof of concepts of new and emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI to enhance user productivity through HR systems and solutions.
- Drive discipline towards data governance and data quality created, managed, and updated within various HR systems and software.
- Partner with Global risk and compliance organizations to ensure all HR systems and solutions are following federal and other in-country compliance like PII or GDPR.
- Partner with software vendors to stay updated on their solution roadmap and create a plan to implement upcoming feature sets within WWT HR systems.
- Identify the shortest route to fail fast to help speed up solution delivery.
- Balance long-term planning, technical debt management, operational load, and team velocity while shipping new features.
- Establish and maintain feature-technology mapping and drive governance around that.
- Understand emerging technology trends, disruptions, and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.
