Role: Sr. Solutions Architect (MarTech)
Duration: Full Time
Location: Atlanta, GA ( Hybrid - 2 days work from office)

**Position Overview:**
As a Sr. Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the development and implementation of cutting-edge marketing technology solutions. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to architect solutions that leverage our Marketing Technology stack, including Loyalty Management SaaS Platform, Marketing Activation Platform, and more. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving impactful, data-driven experiences for our loyal guests.
**Responsibilities:**
- Architect end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business needs, emphasizing flexibility, scalability, and user experience.
- Consult with stakeholders to define and implement optimal solutions, ensuring adherence to technical and functional requirements.
- Provide industry thought leadership, staying abreast of the latest MarTech trends and technologies.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify use cases, develop prototypes, and conduct Proof of Concepts.
- Install, configure, and maintain Marketing cloud architecture components, including QlikView and NPrinting.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on Solutions Architecture experience, preferably with SaaS Platform Products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Cloud applications and tools.
- Strong experience in IT development, with expertise in designing complex solutions for digital channels.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
**Tech Skills:**
- Microsoft Azure Cloud: APIM, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, etc.
- Programming Languages: C#, JavaScript, .NET, etc.
- API Development: REST APIs, OAuth2, SAML, etc.
- Architecture modeling: Lucid Chart, Visio, etc.
- Agile methodologies.
