Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining databases for a portfolio of .NET and reporting applications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Writing complex SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
- Optimizing database performance and ensuring data integrity.
- Implementing and maintaining database security measures.
- Troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues.
- Creating and maintaining database documentation.
Education + Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or Engineering field; 4 additional years' related experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of experience with SQL Server database development for applications
- Familiarity with full-stack development
- Advanced skills in T-SQL programming
- Thorough knowledge of the SQL Server database management system (SQL 2014, 2016 & 2019)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
