Position Overview:

As the Senior Events Planner, you will lead and manage the planning and execution of high-profile corporate events, including tradeshows, conferences, and industry gatherings. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful, strategically aligned events that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will bring your 6-8 years of experience in event management to the team and hit the ground running, ensuring seamless execution and measurable success. Travel will be required to attend and oversee events on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Event Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, including tradeshows and conferences. Develop and execute event strategies that align with company goals and target audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, product, and other departments to understand objectives and integrate event plans into the overall business strategy.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the event budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high standards of quality. Negotiate with vendors, contractors, and venues to secure the best deals.
  • Logistics & Operations: Manage all logistical aspects of events, from securing venues to arranging travel and accommodations. Ensure smooth on-site operations, including overseeing setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Vendor & Partner Relations: Cultivate relationships with event vendors, sponsors, and partners. Ensure that third-party vendors meet all deliverables and that the company's brand is represented professionally at all times.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Measure the success of events using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide post-event reports to internal stakeholders. Implement feedback to improve future events.
  • Travel Requirements: Be available for domestic and international travel to attend, oversee, and manage on-site logistics during key events and conferences.

Qualifications:
  • 6-8 years of experience in corporate event management, with a strong track record in strategic event planning, particularly with tradeshows and conferences.
  • Proven ability to manage all aspects of event planning, from inception to execution, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
  • Strong understanding of the event planning cycle, including timelines, budgeting, vendor management, and logistics.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior-level stakeholders to ensure event goals are aligned with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and partners.
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel for events as needed.
