BRITT RADIUS provides a hybrid working model, where you have the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week. More in-office time may be required during onboarding and training.

As a Sr Surface Land Analyst, you will:
  • Lead project execution in collaboration with Project Managers
  • Have a strong understanding of regulations, requirements, and processes as it relates to land acquisitions, permits, third party requirements and applications process.
  • Train, mentor and educate the analyst team as required
  • Ensure client quality control measures are maintained and best practices are utilized
  • Review and audit full project life cycle and land/regulatory documentation
  • Prepare documentation for Freehold/Private lands and Crown land acquisitions including regulatory supporting documents and client packages as needed
  • Prepare and audit applications (i.e., AMS, OneStop, ACO)
  • Update client reporting, project tracking tools, assist with client correspondence and attend client meetings
  • Provide feedback to team members to ensure accurate project documentation and execution


TO LAND THIS ROLE you need:
  • 3+ years Surface Land Analyst experience in a consulting services/broker environment
  • Robust communication, problem solving and excellent organizational skills
  • Take initiative and be self-motivated
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, and high levels of motivation
  • Authentic personality and natural sense of curiosity
  • Willingness to challenge yourself and grow
  • Knowledge of all aspects of Surface Land Administration for the energy sector, with regional experience in AB and BC
  • Strong knowledge of Surface Land procedures, documentation, regulations, third party consents
