We are looking for an Sr. Systems Administrator to join our growing organization. This position is responsible for serving as a liaison between operations and technology in the role of formulating and defining systems requirements, scope, and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all MISA Systems including NetSuite ERP, RF Smart WMS and all peripheral hardware related devices (ex: scanners)
- Support the business users in different locations to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Manage all enhancement requested by Stakeholders: tracking, prioritizing and working with internal team to solve, implement, test and deploy
- Lead & manage any new system implementation by working closely with vendors & stakeholders
- Manages system upgrades and patches and ensure features utilizations is maximized
- Work closely with Sr. Developer and offshore team and stakeholders as liaison to ensure the correct solution is developed and properly tested
- Act as escalation point for any Service Desk escalated tickets working with different system vendors as needed
- Proactively provide options to automate and enhance current business processes
- Administer user roles and manage system access
- Administer data management best practices
- Develop and maintain IT knowledge base articles, SOPs, and troubleshooting documentation
- Conduct regular refresher training sessions to reduce user errors and improve adoption of system features
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science or related felid
- Minimum 5-7 years System Implementation, Training & Support
- Minimum 5 years Administering or Implementing NetSuite Platform, preferrable Supply Chain focus including EDI/API Integrations
- Preferrable RF Smart Warehouse Management Experience
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
